With over 17,000 LinkedIn followers and a worldwide reputation as keynote speaker, data viz/analytics expert, and top-ranked award-winning author, Perez is a highly sought-after resource in his field. Kimberly Sinnott

Kimberly Sinnott started her career as a remote employee for the March of Dimes national office in 1996 (negotiating a hybrid role upon the birth of her first child).  After a stint as a stay-at-home mom supporting her children with learning challenges, she reentered the workforce to lead a remote team for Kaplan (repeatedly named best of 100 companies for remote jobs). 

A pioneer in online education, she taught for over 16 years as an adjunct at an online university transitioning to the Director of Faculty Engagement and Director, Academic Learning and Development roles.

Kimberly earned her instructional design certification from George Washington University’s online program and her doctorate online with Capella University in 2021. Her doctoral research focused on building high performing, collaborative teams in the hybrid workplace. 

Kimberly has held Director, Global Learning and Development positions at several tech companies and is Chief Learning Officer for her own consulting company, Sinnott Learning and Development. Kimberly is a change management practitioner with Prosci, leads professional development, upskilling, and technical training for global organizations as well as communications and training initiatives for organizational changes. 

With over 20 years of experience, Kimberly is passionate about helping people excel in their roles and strive for their next career aspiration and aligning Learning and Development strategies to support business goals.
