The Carolina Regional Conference (CRC) is a one-day event focused on learning and professional networking, held in rotating locations around North Carolina. Attendees typically include learning & development professionals and the folks who recruit and manage them, including instructional designers, training facilitators, educators, coaches, consultants, learning leaders, HR & talent management professionals, change managers, project managers, and students.

The CRC was the result of a brainstorming session among the three North Carolina chapters: ATD Research Triangle Area, ATD Piedmont, and ATD Charlotte Area. The focus was upskilling. As a result, the first CRC was held in October of 2022.
The CRC committee is focused on providing quality speakers, thought leadership, and valuable networking opportunities so you can stay current on trends and best practices.
